Chrissy Joy Tunnell, like many new parents, has to take on the daily minutia of newborn baby care: changing diapers, bottle feeding, and other daily childcare duties.

But unlike many new moms, she has an extraordinary dog named Beasley by her side.

Watch as Beasley the dog skillfully helps this mom with baby duties.

Tunnell is a professional dog instructor from Callaway, Maryland, who adopted Beasley in 2014 and has since trained him to be an attentive and dutiful helper.

“He knows the difference between left and right. He knows how to cover his eyes, roll in a blanket, get you a drink from the fridge," she said. "He is very smart, so it is great to have a little help with the chores.”
